Rainbow Health is required to collect fees to cover the costs of running the clinic as well as to remain compliant with State and Federal regulations. We have outlined our financial agreements and terms.

Any person receiving services from our agency may voice comments, concerns, or grievances. In order to provide guidance to our clients on this process, we have provided you with our Grievance Procedure.
