HealthPartners Brooklyn Center Infectious Disease Clinic is a full-service clinic providing both general primary medical and HIV specialty care to people living with HIV.
Services offered include case management, home care, and social work assessments for HealthPartners patients, as well as access to transportation assistance for individuals who are eligible. A variety of medical insurance programs are accepted, and a Ryan White grant provides medical care to those without insurance. These services are also available at the Specialty Center location in St. Paul.
