As a trusted executive, he has expanded Rainbow Health’s mental and chemical health services and launched a virtual HIV/STI pharmacy and aging services for older LGBTQ+ adults and people with HIV. Jeremy brings more than two decades of public and private sector work experience, and he will play a crucial role in leveraging Stratis Health’s strengths in driving change toward equitable health outcomes.

Pamela Parker has been the Medicare Medicaid Integration Consultant to SNP Alliance since 2014. With over 35 years in Minnesota State Department of Human Services (DHS) management positions, Pamela has an extensive track record of developing/managing state health and long-term care (LTC) programs and rate development.
