At the Sexual Violence Center, our advocates are here to provide information, offer options, and support you in your decisions. We believe you possess the power to define your own healing process. By sharing knowledge, giving choices, and acting as a liaison to various points in the system, we are here to empower you. • 24-Hour Hotline Support. We’re here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 612-871-5111 anytime.

• Medical Advocacy. Advocates provide support during and after forensic exams.

• Legal Advocacy.  Advocates are available to support you in working with the civil and criminal legal systems.

• Individual Counseling.  Individual, peer-based counseling services with a trained Sexual Assault Advocate.

• Education and Training. Education and training on a variety of subjects related to sexual violence.

• Systems Change. Coordination with members of law enforcement, prosecutors, government agencies and social services who support people after assault.

• Naloxone Access Point. You can pick up Intramuscular Naloxone kits and Fentanyl Test strips free of charge any time during our business hours courtesy of our partnership with Steve Rummler Hope Network.
