Summary of Services Provided

The Minnesota JCC creates a wide-range of opportunities for people to connect, grow, and learn through meaningful programs that enrich Jewish life, build Jewish identity and strengthen our community. Our unprecedented level of inclusiveness embraces the true diversity of our community. Jewish or not, affiliated or not, young or just young at heart. Our life enriching programming is what keeps us all connected. Everyone belongs to the J!

Programs for adults include:

Enrichment & Learning – The Minnesota JCC creates a wide range of day programs to add to your knowledge, deepen your curiosity and connect you to the community. Fitness programs, enrichment classes (Intro to Medicare, AARP driver refresher courses), field trips, speakers, enlivening Jewish education and social opportunities help you to stay active and engaged. No matter where your interests lie, we have something for you. Whether in-person or virtual, we are here for you!

Kosher Lunch at the Noshery! – Thursdays at noon at the Sabes Center Minneapolis (4330 S. Cedar Lake Road). Join us for a hot and nutritious kosher lunch in our refreshed space, affectionately called The Noshery! Our in-person dining is an opportunity for adults of all ages to come together at the JCC each week. Bring your daughter, come with your father, or gather as friends! Our Kosher Lunch program gives us the opportunity to do what we do best: create community at the Minnesota JCC. Reservations must be made one week in advance. AGE 60 AND OVER: Please consider a suggested voluntary donation of $5/meal UNDER AGE 60: Meals are $10/meal.

Capp Center St. Paul Transportation & Support Services – Improving the quality of life of individuals and help them remain safely in their homes and community for as long as possible. Services include transportation, kosher Meals on Wheels, Russian medical interpretation, and cultural outings for Russian-speaking individuals.

Fitness – Our health & wellness programming at the Capp Center St. Paul and the Sabes Center Minneapolis offer you a variety of cardiovascular and strength equipment, classes and programs, personal training, aquatics and sports and recreation in a comfortable and friendly environment. We also offer a wide range of virtual options to keep you moving. From group exercise, specialty classes or personal training, we have it covered. Whether you want to run a mile or a marathon, exercise with your headphones or your friends or gain strength, we’re here to make it happen.
