Summary of Services Provided

JFCS Senior Services support the dignity and independence of older adults. We partner with you to provide transportation, grocery shopping, and kosher Meals on Wheels, as well as highly-personalized senior care services, including care coordination, care planning consultation and caregiver coaching.
