Located in a Victorian-style home in residential Stillwater, Hope House of St. Croix Valley is an adult foster care program for persons living with HIV who are not able to live independently.

Residents receive 24 hour care and advocacy with social services and cash management. Volunteers support residents in a variety of ways, including performing household chores, providing transportation, cooking, gardening and offering one-on-one companionship.

Potential residents must have an HIV diagnosis, be certified as disabled, be unable to live alone safely and need supportive services, as offered by adult foster care.
