- Summary of Services Provided
Annex Teen Clinic provides sexual health care services for adolescents ages 12-25 including pregnancy testing, family planning, emergency contraception, counseling, HIV rapid testing, and testing and treatment for STIs.
Health education programs, including presentations on birth control, HIV, STIs, relationships, and other sexuality topics are also available. Other opportunities include youth peer educator training, parent education classes, and volunteer opportunities. Community education sessions are offered in North and Northeast Minneapolis, and various cities in Northwest Hennepin County.
The fees for clinic services at the Annex are on a sliding scale, and are based on your income. Most of our patients qualify for financial assistance. We do not turn people away if they can’t pay. Annex does not send bills home and we don’t use collection agencies.
