Our chapter provides no-charge support, education programs, support groups, training, and other resources for people in Minnesota and North Dakota impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. With offices located in Minneapolis, Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud, Bismarck, Minot, Fargo, Grand Forks and Maddock, help is never far away.

24/7 Helpline: The Alzheimer’s Association Helpline is available free to individuals and families 24/7 for care and support, resources and dementia information. Speak with a dementia expert any time if you have a quick question, need decision-making support or crisis assistance, or anything else. Call 800 -272-3900.

ALZNavigator: Whether you’re living with memory loss, or you care for someone who is, answer a few questions about your situation and ALZNavigator™, an interactive online tool, will guide you to your next steps.
