Psychotherapist

Hello! My name is Tito and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota. I received my Master of Social Work from Augsburg College (now called Augsburg University) with a concentration in Multicultural Clinical Practice in 2015 and obtained my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2012.

I use a trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, harm-reduction, interpersonal, attachment-based approach to therapy. I am passionate about serving LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and have experience providing therapy and mental health supportive services to LGBTQ+ youth, individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability, people living with severe and persistent mental illness, people with co-occurring disorders, people from refugee or immigrant backgrounds, and youth and adults living with complex trauma.

I work with clients to create a safer and more affirming space to explore their identities, navigate complex relationships, and address the impacts of systemic oppression, discrimination, and trauma. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, self-acceptance, self-empowerment, and a sense of belonging, even in the face of adversity.
