Clinical Supervisor/Psychotherapist
I’m so glad you’re here and thinking about coming to therapy!
I see adolescents and adults, and I specialize in working with teens and young/emerging adults. I have a lot of experience working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, self-harm, problems with eating/body image, identity exploration, and family/relationship concerns.
In sessions with me, you can expect: a non-judgmental, comfy, respectful space to talk, to be heard and listened to as the expert on your life, humor, and snacks. Always snacks.
My relationship with you is the most important thing to me. Beyond that, I use different modalities in therapy to fit your specific needs. I also have training in Brainspotting. (https://brainspotting.com)
I have a deep love for music, word puzzles, spicy food, and Oreos. In my free time, I read, listen to music, watch too many shows, hang out with my person and my kid, cook, and play with my aggressively friendly dog.
