These guides are not meant to endorse or guarantee the sensitivity of any provider. Rainbow Health makes an effort to screen and equip providers to better support the communities we serve. There is no fee or compensation to appear in Violet. We strive for accuracy in our provider entries; if you notice any errors or outdated information, please email us.
Our service area is the state of Minnesota, St. Croix and Pierce County in Wisconsin, Cass County in North Dakota and cities along lake traverse in South Dakota bordering Minnesota and Northwestern Ontario bordering Minnesota.

Welcome to the online Aging LGBTQ+ Directory, a new resource dedicated to listing LGBTQ+ aging-friendly services throughout Minnesota.
