CommonBond is an affordable housing nonprofit organization that creates communities throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and South Dakota to help people of all ages and walks of life meet their goals and thrive. With five decades of working with vulnerable populations as an affordable housing organization, we know that when people have stability in their homes, children do better in school, teens graduate, adults find jobs with wages to support their families, and older adults maintain their independence. We’re proud to develop and manage urban, suburban, and rural housing communities across more than 56 cities in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and—soon—South Dakota.

Our Advantage Services and Property Management teams work together to pro-actively support residents in a multitude of areas, such as subsidized housing, Section 8 vouchers, mentor programs for students, job training, career development, veterans programs, and much, much more.
