The world we live in is heavy right now. It is easy to define ourselves by our problems and our struggles. It takes intention and support to shift our view and our experience to let in the good. This 5-part series, led by the HIV Peer Support Team at Rainbow Health, will help you assess where you are right now, and how to start to shift to be with your right to thrive.

  • August 26th, 2021 6:00-7:30 pm: Being in the Present
  • September 23rd, 2021 6:00-7:30 pm: Taking in the Good
  • October 21st, 2021 6:00-7:30 pm: Rekindling Personal Passions
  • November 18th, 2021 6:00-7:30 pm: The Right to Desire
  • December 16th, 2021 6:00-7:30 pm: Intentions and Goals

This series is for anyone who is living with HIV and is free of charge. There is no need to attend all events; participants can come to as many as they see fit with their lives.

Events are being currently planned for in-person meetings. Events may transition to virtual events in order to protect the health and wellness of the community.

Food will be provided at all in-person events. Gift cards for meals will be provided if events become virtual.

About the Facilitator: Rik Kutcher (he/him) is the Peer Support Program Assistant at Rainbow Health. He is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist in Minnesota. Rik is committed to helping those live with HIV achieve health and wellness of all kinds. He is passionate about theater and other performance arts.
