Join Minneapolis Institute of Art and Theatre 55 for a FREE workshop to tell your story through performance art and the art of quilting at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
Make new friends, reconnect with familiar friends, and learn new skills by using your body, voice, and imagination. Workshops led by artistic director Richard Hitchler of Theatre 55 and teaching artist, Maria Asp.
8 weeks of workshops with a class celebration on 9th week.
- This workshop is open to adults 55+.
- FREE! All supplies and materials provided.
- No experience necessary.
- Light refreshments.
- Please plan to attend all sessions.
- FREE Tickets to MIA’s “Eternal Offerings: Chinese Ritual Bronzes” – designed by Oscar-Winning Artistic Director Tim Yip.
